Course Structure Overview

Convoia Academy organizes educational content into a 3-tier hierarchy:

Creating a Course

In the Admin Portal, click Courses (/admin?tab=courses).

Click + Add Course.

Fill in:

- Course Title: Clear, descriptive title.

- Description: Syllabus overview and learning outcomes.

- Thumbnail Image: Recommended 1280x720px (16:9 ratio).

- Price & Currency: One-time purchase price or set to $0 for free/included access.

- Strict Navigation Toggle: When turned ON, students must watch videos to completion before unlocking the next lesson.

Click Save Course.

Adding Modules and Lessons

Inside the Course Editor, click Add Module (e.g. "Week 1: Fundamentals").

Inside the module, click Add Lesson.

Choose your lesson format:

- Video Lesson: Direct encrypted HLS video streaming.

- Rich Text & Media: Formatted reading material with embedded illustrations.

- Interactive Quiz: Multiple choice questions with configurable passing scores.

- Downloadable Resource: PDFs, slides, clinical templates, and checklists.
