Live Session Cache Invalidation
When new course lessons, themes, or player features are deployed, some students may have long-running browser tabs with cached JavaScript bundles.
Broadcasting a Refresh Event
Super Administrators can broadcast a soft or hard refresh event across all active connected sessions:

Log in to the Super Admin Portal (
/super-admin).2
Click the 🚀 App Deployments & Refresh tab.

Under Broadcast Deployment / Refresh:
- Enter the version tag or reason (e.g. *Update 4.1.0 Video Player Hotfix*).
- Choose Mode: Prompt User (shows a friendly toast: *"A new version is available! Tap to reload"*) or Force Refresh (immediately reloads active sessions).

Click Broadcast to Active Sessions.
All connected student tabs receive the WebSocket broadcast and reload within 2 seconds with clean cache.
