Learn how employers and medical boards verify student certifications using the public verify URL and OTP validation.

Public Verification Directory

Every certificate issued by Convoia Academy includes an official verification URL and scannable QR code:

An employer, clinic, or regulatory board scans the QR code printed on the graduate's certificate or enters the serial number at /verify.

The system checks the database for authentic cryptographic issuance records.

If authentic, the portal displays:

- Graduate Full Name

- Course Title & Accredited Hours

- Issue Date & Expiry Status

- Issuer Academy Details

- Cryptographic Authenticity Badge (Verified / Tamper-Free)

NOTE

Students can configure privacy settings from their student portal profile if they wish to restrict their name from appearing in public searches.
