Convoia Academy connects directly to your Stripe account using Stripe Connect Express. Student course purchases are processed directly by your Stripe account, meaning:

  • Zero platform intermediary delays.
  • Payouts are transferred directly to your nominated bank account on your standard Stripe schedule.
  • You retain 100% ownership of customer billing records.

Step-by-Step Onboarding

In your Admin Portal, click Stripe & Payments (/admin?tab=stripe).

Click the Connect Stripe Account button.

You will be redirected to Stripe's secure onboarding portal.

Select your business type, provide your bank account routing and account numbers, and complete business identity verification.

Upon completion, Stripe will redirect you back to Convoia Academy.

Your Stripe dashboard will display Status: Connected & Charges Enabled.
IMPORTANT

Ensure you have configured Stripe Webhooks to guarantee that automated course enrollments trigger instantly upon successful credit card payment.
