Bulk Student Importer

If you are migrating from Thinkific, Teachable, Kajabi, or an offline clinic registry, you can bulk import all students with one click.

Preparing Your CSV File

Create a spreadsheet with the following column headers:

first_name,last_name,email,course_id
Sarah,Connor,[email protected],course-uuid-here

Steps to Import

In your Admin Portal, click Students & Approvals > Importer (/admin?tab=importer).

Download the sample CSV template if needed.

Drag and drop your .csv file into the upload dropzone.

Select whether to send an automated Welcome Email with initial login credentials.

Click Start Import.
PRO TIP

If an email already exists in your academy, the importer will safely attach the new course enrollment to the student's existing account without creating duplicate logins.
